About Us
The Kokrajhar District Congress Committee (KDCC) is the official district-level body of the Indian National Congress (INC) in Kokrajhar, Assam. Aligned with the core principles of the Indian National Congress — secularism, democracy, social justice, and inclusive growth — KDCC works to strengthen the democratic fabric and ensure the voice of every citizen is heard and represented.
Kokrajhar, situated in the heart of the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), is a land of diverse communities, cultures, and aspirations. KDCC recognizes this diversity as a strength and is committed to building a future that reflects the needs and dreams of every section of society.

Our Foundation
The KDCC is built on the shoulders of dedicated workers, committed Mandal and Block Congress Committees, Mahila Congress, Youth Congress, NSUI, Seva Dal, and allied Congress organizations.
We believe leadership begins at the booth level, and that a strong booth leads to a strong district, state, and nation.
Our Role in Kokrajhar

Our People-Centric Approach
We operate with a decentralized and democratic structure where Block Congress Committees, Mandal Committees, and Booth Workers play a crucial role in connecting the party with the people. KDCC conducts regular coordination meetings, grievance redressal forums, voter engagement drives, and youth mobilization activities.
